Respond to email client requests using the company's email system
Moderate items sold by users to ensure compliance with terms of service
Participate and contribute to weekly online exchanges and meetings.

We are looking for organized, rigorous, autonomous people because home based job requires a lot of rigor.
Ability to work in a multicultural team
Experience in the fields: customer service/support, in the ecommerce or call center would be an asset
An experience in sales, marketing and commercial would be a plus
Basic notions in computer science, office automation
Good writing skills in English will be to your advantage
